Henry S. Papiano founded C Three Logistics LLC in 2016 after three decades of experience working in the transportation industry with his father as vice president of Papco, LLC. A graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, Henry applies the discipline, structure and organizational skills learned there into his work at C Three Logistics.

We have two divisions: Liquid Petroleum Products and Chemicals. With C Three Logistics, you get the prompt, personal attention and customer service of a family business. Our staff prides itself on real-time communication, so you are always informed about the status of your transport.
